Our commitment
We aim to make AgeWise perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. Accessibility is considered in navigation, form labels, keyboard interaction, color contrast, responsive layout, focus indicators, motion preferences, headings, and error messages.
Current accessibility features
- A keyboard-accessible calculator and navigation menu.
- Visible labels and programmatic names for form controls.
- Clear error messages and live result announcements.
- A skip link for moving directly to the main content.
- Responsive layouts that support zoom and smaller screens.
- Reduced decorative motion when the device requests it.
Known limitations
Accessibility needs and assistive technologies vary. Third-party browser controls, including native date pickers, may behave differently across devices. We continue to review the experience and welcome specific reports that help us reproduce a problem.
Requesting assistance
If you cannot access part of AgeWise, email accessibility@agewise.tools. Include the page URL, the task you were attempting, browser and assistive technology used, and a description of the barrier. Do not include sensitive personal information.
Ongoing improvement
We treat accessibility as continuing work. Updates may reflect user feedback, testing, platform changes, and evolving standards. We aim to respond to accessibility messages within a reasonable period and provide an alternative when practical.
